Title: Ratatouille Bread

Yield: 24 Ounces

BEST BREAD MACHINE CB EVER
1/3cSummer squash, chopped
1/3cZucchini, chopped
1/3cBell peppers, chopped
3tbOlive oil
2 Plum tomatoes
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
2 1/4tsYeast
3cBread flour
1/3cWheat bran
1/2tbSugar
1/2tbSalt
1 1/2tbChopped fresh basil
3/4cWater; warm

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.

This bread makes a wonderful cold steak or grilled lamb sandwich.
